In BIG ten4 words: these are our house rules, written the way we’d say them over the garden fence. Short, plain and fair, so you know exactly where you stand.
1. The deal
By using bigten4.co.uk or buying from us, you’re agreeing to these terms. We may update them from time to time, and the version on this page is the one that counts.
2. Prices and paying
The price you see includes shipping, so there’s no delivery charge at checkout. Pay by card, or if you hate filling in forms, tap PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay for a quick checkout through payment services you already know and trust. Please give us the right delivery address so your shirt gets to the right door.
3. Printed just for you
We don’t keep a warehouse full of dusty boxes. When you order, your shirt is printed especially for you, close to where it’s going. That’s why we ask you to measure twice before you buy. Returns and faulty items are covered in our Return & Refund Policy.
4. Our designs and words
The designs, stories and “Wise Words” on this site belong to BIG ten4. They come from real memories and a lot of hard work. Please don’t copy them, sell them, or use them to train an AI without asking Gary first.
5. The blog
The blog is for stories from the old days and for building the Tribe. If you leave a comment or send us a memory, please keep it friendly. If you don’t, I won’t be angry, just disappointed, and I may remove anything hateful, rude or spammy.
6. When things go wrong
We make T-shirts, and we’ll always do our best. If something goes wrong with the website or your order, we’ll put it right as fast as we can. We’re not responsible for things we couldn’t reasonably have expected or controlled. Nothing here limits your rights under UK law.
7. Who we are
BIG ten4 is run by Gary Millar, a UK sole trader trading as BIG ten4, Suite RA01, 195-197 Wood Street, London E17 3NU.
8. Which law applies
BIG ten4 is a UK business, so these terms follow the law of England and Wales.
