How long will my order take?
Most orders arrive within 5–8 working days. Every shirt is printed just for you after you order, close to home.
Do you charge for shipping?
No. Shipping is always included in our prices, so there’s no delivery charge at checkout.
Where do you deliver?
We have two online shops: this one delivers to UK addresses, and bigten4.com delivers to the US. Every shirt is printed in the country it’s going to. You can order from anywhere in the world, as long as the shirt is going to a UK or US address.
Where is my shirt printed?
By one of our print partners in the UK, as close to you as we can manage. Less waste, and a shorter trip to your door.
What if I’ve ordered the wrong size or changed my mind?
Please measure twice: the size guide on our homepage has every measurement you need. If you still want to send it back, you have 14 days from delivery to let us know, and return postage is paid by you. Full details are in our Return & Refund Policy.
What if my shirt arrives faulty, damaged or wrong?
Tell us within 30 days, with photos of the problem, the packaging and the delivery label, and we’ll send you a free replacement or a full refund, your choice.
